Stage 15 – Now ‘For Sale’

The earthworks for long awaited Stage 15 of The Mundoolun Estate are finally over.

While many of the blocks are already booked there are still options to buy should you wish to take them.

Stage 15 is one of the last hilltop stage’s and promises to be one of the best in the estate with most blocks having fantastic views. Most of the blocks back onto either parkland or wildlife corridor, and the average size is expected to be around the 5,000sq.m.

As part of the Logan City Councils promise to the residents of the Mundoolun Estate there has been a new play area for young children erected in the ‘Lagoon Park’ situated at the front of the estate.

Located close to where the community centre will be established, this great facility offers hours of fun for the kids. There’s a park bench for Mum’s & Dad’s to sit on while keeping a watchful eye on the young ones. There’s also plenty of parking space should you wish to drive there.
